From 2022 - 2026, I worked as a Senior Product Designer across Email, Marketing, and Analytics. My work focused on building experiences that help merchants plan campaigns, optimize performance, and understand results across channels.
Much of this work was done on platform systems that can’t be shared publicly. I’m happy to walk through decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes in conversation.
Send time optimization
Led design for send-time optimization in Shopify Email, translating benchmark data and store-level behavior into delivery-time recommendations. The work focused on helping merchants improve campaign performance without adding complexity to the sending experience.
Marketing campaigns
Designed a new campaign primitive in the Shopify Admin that allowed merchants to organize, track, and evaluate marketing efforts across channels. This work introduced a shared structure that could scale across tools and integrate cleanly with analytics.
Analytics reporting
Worked on multiple analytics initiatives, including cohort retention enhancements, entity-based filtering, multi-mode report creation, and report annotations. The goal was to make complex performance data easier to explore, interpret, and act on, particularly for merchants without dedicated analytics teams.
